Netrins
Netrins are a family of proteins that direct neuronal migration during development. Two netrins (Netrins 1,3 and 4) act as bifunctional secreted ligands functioning in attractants or repellants, and three netrins (Netrin G1 and G2) are GPI-anchored membrane proteins. 1
