Immunoglobulin superfamily containing leucine-rich repeat proteins (ISLRs, also known as LIGs; leucine-rich repeat and immunoglobulin) are family of the two proteins ISLR and ISLR2, (also known as Meflin and Linx). Linx has been shown to regulate receptor tyrosine kinases including TrkA and Ret and murine KO leads to axonal projection defects 1 2 .
