Contactins
Contactins comprise a group of six proteins (CNTN1-6) that participate in axonal organization, axon-glial interactions, synapse formation and plasticity and neural regeneration during development. Disruption of contactin-mediated complex formation has been implicated in various neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders. 1
