Astrotactins

Astrotactins are glycoproteins expressed in migrating neurons where the ASTN1 is involved in radial migration of neurons during development and acting as a link connecting glia and the neurons. ASTN2 forms a complex with ASTN1 and regulates its polarized trafficking. ¹
